MSC cruise guests left in limbo as other operators announce coronavirus cancellation policies.

With many of the major cruise lines now updating their cancellation policies because of the potential risk coronavirus, MSC customers are left in limbo waiting for the cruise line to say what it’s temporary policy will be.

In a communication with Cruise Waves, MSC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for USA Ken Muscat said that the cruise line will make an announcement on this on Monday (9 March 2020).

While MSC have implemented new precautionary health measures, it seems that they are slow off the mark to announce a temporary cancellation policy.

Cruise Waves will publish MSC’s update on Monday.
